How does the 'Try Before You Buy' trial work?
When you order a full-size fragrance, we include a 2ml sample vial. Try the sample first! If you love it, keep the full bottle. If not, return the unopened full-size bottle within 7 days for a full refund.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, absolutely. All Snif products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or synthetic dyes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for bundles?
For bundles, the same trial rules apply. Use the provided sample vials to test the scents. You can return any unopened full-size bottles from the bundle within our 7-day trial window.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our support team.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring our scents to the rest of the world soon, so stay tuned!
