We want you to find your perfect scent match, which is why we offer a 14-day trial period for all full-sized fragrances. If it’s not love at first sniff, you can return your unopened full-size bottle for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your original Snif packaging.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure the full-size bottle remains sealed in its original cellophane; remember, you only keep the sample vial if you decide to return the main product.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
